Job Description

The Operations Research Analyst uses advanced analytical skills and experience in applying operations research methodologies to solve complex problems. They must be skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop models, and implement solutions that optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

· U.S. Citizenship

· 10+ years of relevant experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Expertise in understanding and applying UX/CX concepts to optimize process workflows

· Demonstrated experience with use of advanced analytic tools

· Secret Clearance
