Position Summary:
The Operations Associate, Strategic Partnership Alliance supports member engagement across the Strategic Partnership Alliance team. The Strategic Partnership Alliance works to diligence opportunities for Health Systems to come together to solve some of healthcare’s thorniest problems. Through market analysis, investment oriented research, and a collaborative approach, the Strategic Partnerships team has demonstrated its ability to spur collaboration, co-investment opportunities and joint ventures among more than 20 of the nation’s leading health systems.
Primary Job Duties:
Project manage team workstreams to ensure work progress against workplans
Lead all scheduling of interactions with executive members, take details notes, and manage tasks/next steps coming out of calls
Ensure account documents, contacts and activities are updated in Salesforce in an accurate and timely manner, pulling reports as needed
Research accounts for relevant information to support the membership
Support overall team operations, organize and manage tasks related to interactions with current members and prospects
Create and distribute agendas before monthly Strategic Partnership Alliance Meetings and maintain membership contact list
Schedule monthly calls to align executives around investment opportunities and deal thesis work
Draft monthly update emails for internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years’ experience supporting senior level team members
Knowledge of healthcare industry strongly preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in composing written communications.

Compensation:
Pay starting from $50,000 and up per year plus benefits.
