Amentum Military Training Manager in Arlington, Virginia

The Training Readiness and Exercise (TREX) Planner shall interface with senior-level state leaders and ARNG G-2 leadership for Intelligence readiness, training strategies, and complex multi-partner exercises. The TREX Planner shall provide guidance, management, policy translation, and Intelligence curriculum support for the TO. The TREX Planner shall also work in concert with other DoD organizations for Intelligence input to Programs of Instruction (POI),

training requirements, and state and national level evaluation exercises.

The TREX Planner shall work within a 20 mile radius of the TARC, located in Arlington, VA, and shall be required to occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a minimum of ten years’ experience in Intelligence Operations, Data Science, Cyber Operations, Intelligence Collection, or Intelligence Exploitation.

  • Possess an active SSBI with eligibility for access to TS SCI at time of proposal submission.

  • Possess a minimum of ten years’ experience in areas that include developing training materials, SOPs, and user guides, and classroom instruction.

Desired Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience conducting joint exercise support at one of the DoD’s Unified Combatant Commands, e.g., USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, USINDOPACOM, USAFRICOM, USTRANSCOM, USNORTHCOM, USSOUTHCOM, USCYBERCOM, USTRATCOM, USECOM, and USSPACECOM.

  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience participating in training product development sessions, instructing training classes, and understanding the training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process

concepts.
