[[Responsible for the leadership and management of the Companys proposal development processes, tools, artifacts, managing proposal, competitive research, and competitive analysis. Partner with Division Leaders for proposal success.

Responsible for managing proposal development efforts to include planning, organizing, and leading proposal teams to submission of a compliant and compelling proposal response.

Coordinate and manage proposal development support, including analyzing proposal development best practices, market competitiveness (market analysis, competitive intelligence, and competitive analysis), price-to-win support.

Develop and lead the proposal development processes and systems. Take a lead role in implementing these processes and plans to spur proposal innovation and excellence across the organization, directly improving our probability of win, and ensuring proposals are compliant with government requirements and deadlines.

Perform research associated with the marketplace and sharing of market intelligence gleaned from business intelligence tools.

Oversee all proposals through mentoring, leadership, and management of assigned employees and directing proposal development activities. In addition, performs as a hands-on proposal manager for select opportunities.

Manages the staff and external consulting relationships to ensure staffing matches the proposal development workload

Work with divisional leadership to determine the appropriate pre-proposal activities (win strategies, solutioning, graphics, drafting) and incorporating this in the overall proposal plan

Coordinates with divisional leadership and the Capture Manager to drive proposal thought leadership, storyboarding, win strategy, and solutioning.

Manages BandP budget and schedule.

Develops and implements an educational/training strategy to continually improve the companys ability to win proposals.
