Kiliuda Consulting, a federal contracting leader is looking for a Law Enforcement IT Specialist/Assistant Terminal Agency Coordinator, responsible for ensuring compliance of NCIC/NLETS policy and procedures to serve in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with DOJ Criminal Justice Information Network (CJIN) Policy, FBI CJIS Security Policy, the NCIC and NLETS Operating Manual, and the TAC Manual.
Disseminate security policies, manuals, operational updates, and other necessary information to agency users.
Notify DOJ of any changes in the agency's TAC or ATAC, agency administrator, physical address, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, email address, or main agency ORI.
Notify DOJ of any changes in the IP addresses that the agency uses to access the Justice Web Interface to NCIC (JWIN) System or network.
Maintain all agency Originating Agency Identifiers (ORIs).
Validate NCIC/NLETS records each month.
Provide telephone customer service to users seeking assistance with mobile applications to perform NCIC/NLETS queries.
Provide Windows Jabber customer service to users seeking assistance with NCIC/NLETS queries.
Maintain all FBI/CJIS Security Policy Addendums for contractors (non-Federal employees).
Reconcile the agency JWIN Accounts every month
Create user IDs for agency trainees throughout the year.
Respond to internal and external requests for information and/or actions in a timely manner
Requirements:
US Citizen
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass Agency background check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced constantly changing environment
Ability to work well with all levels of management and co-workers
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments
Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of procedures and practices of criminal justice computer systems, including NCIC, NCJIS, NLETS, etc.
Pertinent federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations related to the use of criminal justice computer systems
