Pac Arctic LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Junior- Level SharePoint Engineer- Developer with a Secret Clearance to support PAC and our Government customer in Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and deploys OIG /ISP’s SharePoint-based Knowledge Management System and related tools and web-based applications.

  • Develops and manages Microsoft Forms-based inspection surveys.

  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements.

  • Develops data extracts, analyses, and visualizations from Knowledge Management System data repositories.

  • Serves as the first-line technical support provider for Knowledge Management System end-users.

  • Manages and monitors SharePoint permissions.

  • Develops and maintains workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.

  • Integrates Microsoft Office applications with the SharePoint environment.

  • Creates and maintains process and systems documentation, manuals, user guides, and end-user training materials.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with at least 2+ years of experience with knowledge management software systems including Microsoft (MS) SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online and MS SharePoint Designer 2013

  • Additional years of experience working with the knowledge management systems listed above, experience working with the Department of State’s information technology systems, such as experience developing or supporting applications, SharePoint sites, or web-based information resources on Open Net or Class Net, or experience working in the Inspector General community supporting or conducting inspection, audit, and/or evaluation work may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree with the prior agreement of the COR.

  • Preferred but not required experience, should possess knowledge of Department of State systems operations, and have strong navigation and site-design instincts.

  • Secret Clearance required

  • Must be familiar with JavaScript, CSS and HTML, MS SQL Server, MS Power Automate, and MS Excel

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
