Responsibilities:

  • Plans, initiates, and manages information technology (IT) projects under direct supervision.

  • Leads and guides the work of technical staff.

  • Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

  • Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage to ensure project meets cost, schedule and performance goals.

  • Collaborates and communicates with technical staff to monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

  • Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Secret level clearance.

  • Ability to apply PMBOK methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
