You Are:

An Infrastructure Technical Architect Specialist will provide ongoing audit support and maintenance of business applications hosted on different platforms (both remotely and onsite). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across various service areas. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

The Work:

  • Understand auditing and security requirements for business applications to be compliant; provide evidence to support internal and external auditing activities; analyze auditing reports, propose remediation solutions, facilitate peer review, and eventually take remediation actions upon approval

  • Understand the system setup and operation of business applications; provide operational support on daily basis; check application security settings, stability, performance, and triage any issues; report to senior team members and leadership properly.

  • Provide end user support; troubleshoot and fix issues; fulfill user requests upon approval.

  • Take primary responsibilities in Incident Management, Request Management, and Change Management in ServiceNow.

  • Take primary responsibilities in keeping software and underlying operating systems up to date, patched and compliant.

  • Analyze application performance and system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.

  • Make proactive suggestions for service improvements.

  • Demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence

Here's What You Need:

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in incident management and user support

  • Minimum 1 year experience in operations, new environment set up, software installation, maintenance, and support of Enterprise IT systems, ERP, or Data Analytics applications, specifically: TM1, Costpoint, CLM, CI/CD Pipeline

  • Experience in Infrastructure support and managed services for servers, identity, and other infrastructure areas

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is highly recommended

  • Proven ability to work Independently and as a team member

  • Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Bonus Points if you have:

  • One year working experience in Windows Server OS, Microsoft SQL, IIS, WebLogic, or Apache is highly recommended

  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing is preferred

  • Working experience in PowerShell is preferred

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced high demand environment

  • Ability to learn new skills and research issues on their own when needed

  • Ability to work on a team of highly skilled technical resources

  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide sound solutions

  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members

  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or ITILv3 Certification

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

  • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$76,300—$154,800 USD
