Jacobs Administrative / Facility Support Professional in Arlington, Virginia

As the Facility Support Professional in Arlington, VA, your role is critical to keep our offices running and allowing our teams to focus on delivering. As part of our Real Estate Operations, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our corporate offices with administrative support, project management, onboarding, and related facilities activities.

We are looking for a passionate Facilities Professional who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. You’ll provide facility support in a variety of areas including property management and maintenance, janitorial services, office planning, kitchen/café stocking, branding, shipping, reception, mail/deliveries, and scheduling.

Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global, and local.

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Experience in customer-focused and administrative roles

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
