We are looking for a talented Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior to join our team specializing in Service for our CSSNA Support Business Segment in Arlington, TX.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides high-quality technical training delivery on Cummins products and systems.

  • Delivers technical training to distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel to enable technician efficiency, repair quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Provides technical support as required.

  • Forecast training demand and develop plan to address business needs.

  • Trains and provides technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems and tools.

  • Develop expertise through train the trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.

  • Evaluates training with participant feedback and field performance.

  • Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintains technical training records and report service capability.

  • Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university or equivalent technical experience required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience.

  • Creates own schedule.

  • Responsible for facility needs and training hardware.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $74,800 - $112,200. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
