Talent Management Systems Support Specialist

Texas Health Resources is looking for a top Talent Management Systems Support Specialist Is that you?

Work location: Remote: requiring occasional onsite workdays, based on department business needs.

Work hours: Full Time, Days

What you will do:

Supports end-users through incident and request management services for Performance & Goals component of Talent Management System

Partners with Talent Management Systems Administrator and appropriate teams (including but not limited to: ITS, System Security, System Engineering, and ERP Solutions) to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve all technical issues related to Performance and Goal Management tools.

Ensures all performance form templates, route maps, and documents function properly and launch successfully.

Communicate frequently with Human Resources partners (including Generalists, Managers, and Officers) as it relates to performance management tools.

Partners with Learning Specialists to investigate and resolve functionality issues that impact both the performance and learning sides of the platform

Assists with the creation of tip sheets, user guides, tutorials, and other support resources as it related to Performance and Goal Management tools

Provide regular detailed updates to leadership on issues that impact the success of performance review cycles and initiatives.

TALENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REPORTING

Assists with building and maintaining report templates for Performance and Goal Management

Runs adhoc report jobs upon request

Schedules report jobs

Pulls copies of employee performance reviews for audits, Human Resources investigations, and surveys

Provides training sessions for human resources partners on talent management system reporting

Education Bachelor's Degree Education, Communications, Information Technology Systems, or other relevant field. 4 Years Relevant work experience in

lieu of a degree accepted. Req Experience 3 Years Hands-on experience working with Talent and/or Learning Management Systems Pref and

1 Year Experience using cloud-based workflow automation platforms for incident and request management. Pref Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
