Actalent Quality Engineering Technician in Arlington, Texas

Job Title: Quality Engineering TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting engineering parts from vendors, analyzing returned parts with RMA, and managing non-conformity records. You will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and vendor teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor and follow up on NCRs, control calibration of measurement instruments, and review Engineering Change Notices (ECN). Responsibilities include dimensional and test running inspections at vendor sites, conducting customer video call inspections, creating and maintaining Data Books for equipment, assisting with inventory, implementing 5S activities, performing vendor and safety audits, communicating inspection results, writing deficiency reports, organizing processes for ISO, and creating Inspection Test Plans (ITP).

Job Type

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Arlington, Texas.

Work Environment

This role involves working across manufacturing sites, vendor locations, and possibly remote video inspections. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
