About Us:Career1 Temp Staffing Agency is a leading provider of staffing solutions, committed to connecting skilled workers with top employers. We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Job Description:As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that items are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for transport. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack, seal, and label products according to company standards and client specifications
• Inspect products for quality and ensure that they meet required standards
• Arrange and organize packed items on pallets or shelves
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Packer or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Basic math skills for inventory management
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with packing machinery and equipment
