Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Arlington, TX

Compensation: $70k

Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment uptime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians

• Assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and manage shift schedules

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members

• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality

Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for production equipment

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify and address potential issues proactively

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs

• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize cost-effective repairs

Technical Expertise

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues

• Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports on activities, equipment performance, and budgets

• Work with external vendors and contractors for maintenance services

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and maintenance practices

Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading and developing a maintenance team

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration across departments

Computer Proficiency: Experience with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools
