Description

We are in search for a HR Generalist to join our team in Arlington, Texas. The role involves handling a variety of human resources functions within the industry, with an emphasis on data management and validation. The person in this role will also be tasked with refining benefits census data and ensuring accuracy in data entry tasks. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and refine benefits census data using Excel

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers and Dates of Birth

• Perform extensive data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Validate data using V-Lookups and If/Then statements in Excel

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions

• Balance and reconcile accounts as necessary

• Process invoices and maintain accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist

• Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
