The Continuing Education (CE) Programs Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating continuing education summer programs and courses. This role involves developing and coordinating new CE Youth programs, including youth academies and grant- and third party-funded endeavors, coordinating with instructors, ensuring compliance with university policies, marketing programs to potential participants, and overseeing administrative processes..Program Development and Coordination:Plan, develop, and coordinate continuing education programs and courses.Coordinate with instructors to design and update course content. Ensure compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned program participants, stakeholders, and partners.Communicate program objectives, requirements, and updates effectively.Learner Support and Engagement:Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their educational experience.Address participant inquiries and resolve issues.Marketing and Outreach:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs.Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials.Engage with potential participants through various communication channels.Special Programs Coordination:Develop and coordinate new CE programs, including youth academies.Manage grant-funded and third-party-funded educational endeavors.Ensure these programs meet specific goals and objectives.Collaboration and Partnerships:Work with internal departments and external organizations to identify educational needs.Develop partnerships for program development and funding opportunities.Coordinate with third-party vendors and grant providers for program implementation.Support the Director and Division in other duties as assigned.Travel infrequently (i.e., four to six times a year locally) for activities such as facilitating training, attending college fairs, and seminars, supervising the work of others, or other activities requiring travel under normal conditions..A Bachelorand#x2019;s degree in business, curriculum and instruction, or a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent, along with two (2) years of relevant work experience.Demonstrated strong computer skills, proficiency with office suites like Google Docs and Adobe products, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities..A Bachelorand#x2019;s degree in business, curriculum and instruction, or a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent, with four years of related work experience, including two (2) years of program coordination experience; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience as appropriate.One (1) year experience with project management and/or marketing.
