1. Direct and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning, optimal customer service, and adherence to all UPS brand standards.\ 2. Formulate and implement store policies and procedures, in line with UPS corporate guidelines and any applicable local regulations, to ensure consistent and standardized operations.\ 4. Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage staff, ensuring they are well-informed, motivated, and equipped to meet the store\'s objectives and customer service standards.\ 5. Monitor inventory levels, initiate reorder processes when necessary, and ensure the proper handling, storage, and dispatch of packages.\ 6. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly, maintaining the store\'s reputation and ensuring customer loyalty.\ 7. Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue, including local promotions, collaborations, or loyalty programs.\ 8. Review sales and operational reports regularly to analyze performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.\ 9. Ensure that the store meets all health, safety, and regulatory standards. This includes managing the safe handling and storage of packages, maintaining security protocols, and\ adhering to any other relevant guidelines.\ 10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, UPS corporate updates, and relevant technological advancements. Regularly evaluate store processes and make necessary changes to\ enhance efficiency and customer experience.
