About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III, you will be an integral part of Boston Scientific's Talent Acquisition team, leading efforts to leverage advanced technology and artificial intelligence to identify and attract top talent. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional COEs, bringing a consultative approach and innovative strategies to develop and execute a robust and diverse recruitment strategy. Your expertise will drive the organization's ability to hire high-caliber candidates efficiently and effectively, positioning Boston Scientific as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities and Competencies: Develop and implement cutting-edge methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline external passive, diverse talent and talent pools. Utilize and stay updated with the latest AI technologies and tools in talent acquisition to enhance the recruitment process. Develop and manage AI-driven solutions to streamline candidate identification, evaluation, and engagement. Manage and influence multiple stakeholders across diverse businesses, aligning with their needs and priorities. Provide coaching and guidance throughout the selection process, ensuring adherence to best hiring practices. Independently develop and maintain relationships within the organization and with potential candidates. Collaborate with others on presentations and represent talent acquisition in various forums and projects. Drive efforts to ensure diverse candidate slates and integrate D,E & I strategies into talent acquisition practices. Foster an inclusive recruitment environment and promote diversity in hiring. Focus on continuous improvement, making strategic recommendations to enhance talent acquisition processes, policies, and strategies. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve recruitment outcomes. Utilize advanced data analytics to answer talent-related questions and inform recruitment strategies. Build compelling business cases and tell impactful stories based on talent data. Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals, processes, and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to data integrity and OFCCP regulations in the recruitment process. Lead and manage significant talent acquisition projects and initiatives. Represent talent acquisition in cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition. Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in using AI technologies and advanced recruitment tools. Experience working in a matrix-centric environment. Excellent communication skills for working in a multi-business environment. Demonstrated ability to learn and understand multiple areas of the business efficiently. Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) compliance. Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top diverse talent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leveraging AI for talent acquisition. Strong passion for using social media and digital channels for recruitment. Exceptional track record of integrity and a proactive approach to driving strategic business decisions. Prior experience in project management and leading significant talent acquisition initiatives.
