About the role: As a part of Boston Scientific's Global Clinical Contract Operations, you will develop, negotiate, and finalize Clinical Site Agreements and Budgets for medical device clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic areas by collaborating with internal key stakeholders and working with external health care institution staff. This role is a key element on the study start-up process to allow sites to participate on Boston Scientific's Clinical Studies and ensure study enrollment. Your responsibilities will include: Preparation, negotiation, analysis, escalation, and finalization of all site agreements and budgets Accelerate negotiations by using budget parameters Working with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts Maintain regular communication and escalation to expedite the planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements. Understand Site Activation requirements versus contracting turnaround times to support study site authorization Required qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years industry experience managing clinical site contracts & budgets or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications: Demonstrates effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues Demonstrates the ability to have strong analytical and organizational skills Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally Demonstrates interpersonal skills demonstrated by being proactive, customer-focused, and independent critical thinker Requisition ID:593542 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
