Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis to support business decisions, developing financial models, and utilizing various tools for data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to assist in business decision-making processes

• Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to aid in strategic planning

• Utilize financial systems such as Hyperion, Tableau, and SQL for efficient data collection and analysis

• Analyze and interpret complex financial data for management reporting

• Perform quantitative research to identify trends and potential opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial stability

• Provide insights and explanations of financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders..

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with accounting functions

• Understanding of budget processes

• Ability to perform ad hoc analysis

• Skills in cost analysis

• Familiarity with data analysis tools

• Experience in budgeting and forecasting

• Knowledge of standard costing

• Ability to work in a manufacturing industry

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
