Sauder Woodworking Co Retail Pricing Analyst in Archbold, Ohio

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our team as a Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and providing pricing analysis across various marketplaces, promotion assortment planning, and using insights to influence marketing, customer and product strategy. 

This role may be remote or hybrid. A hybrid arrangement has agreed-upon portion of work time spent at our office in Archbold, Ohio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and provides pricing competitive landscape data to sales managers to set pricing strategy across all ecommerce channels (including websites).
  • Manages third-party marketing partners, recommends strategies, and provides analysis to sales and marketing teams to positively impact retail media, advertising ROI and top line sales.
  • Provides promotion assortment recommendations across all channels and provides analysis to sales and marketing teams.
  • Identifies expected/optimal price points for existing, new and future SKU's across channels and product categories and provides to sales and merchandising teams.
  • Identifies and executes pricing tests to optimize sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience with DSA (Digital Shelf Analytics) platforms that pull data from retailer sites to analyze pricing.
  • Experience with Profitero and Prowl a plus, or other price monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Highly skilled at developing data visualizations and conveying insights through presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience or combination of education and experience may also be considered.

PAY SUMMARY

Expected offer range: $57,000 - $76,000/year. The actual salary will be based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and skills. The max salary listed is not the top of the salary band.
