Description

We are offering a role in the Real Estate & Property industry at our location in Arcadia, California. The role is for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for maintaining and updating various data related to property management operations. Responsibilities:

• Accurate input, update, and maintenance of property-related data including but not limited to tenant information, lease agreements, rental payments, maintenance requests, and property expenses.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system, meticulously verifying information for any discrepancies or errors.

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of property documents, contracts, and other relevant records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Generate and prepare reports as required by management, extracting data from the system and presenting it in a clear and concise format.

• Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Skills required:

• Experience in data entry roles, preferably within the property management industry.

• Proficiency in using Yardi software for data entry and reporting.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Proven proficiency in Data Entry tasks.

• Experience with Yardi and Yardi Voyager software is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in relevant fields are preferred.
