Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: Competitve compansagion and benefits What\'s the Job / Primary Duties: * Work with Hiring Manager\'s to complete a hiring needs assessment, identify open positions and required skills and qualifications * Source, attract, screen and qualifycandidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns. * Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals. * Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and fit for the role. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships. * Coach, Councel, Complete performance reviews Maintain data in applicant tracking system What\'s Needed / Qualifications: Required Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales Education: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships and raport Nice to Have Education: Associate or bachelor\'s degree.
