In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in all facets of Operations and Supply Chain management, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement, enabling you to contribute to both immediate solutions and long-term operational improvements. This role will be based in the Fox Valley area, with the majority of time spent on-site in Appleton and Green Bay; travel within this region will be approximately 50%. Represent U.S. Energy at Suppliers - Act as the primary liaison between U.S. Energy and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Inventory Management - Manage receiving and warehousing of U.S. Energy provided inventory. Assist suppliers in ensuring accurate inventory allocations and resolve material availability issues proactively to avoid disruption in assembly operations. Quality Inspection - Responsible for inspecting raw materials, work in process, and finished inventory to ensure compliance with U.S. Energy standards. Quality Control - Responsible for cataloging quality issues and creating root cause and corrective action documentation. Collaborate on implementing correct measures. Testing- Assist in scheduling and conducting testing on finished products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
