ManpowerGroup Machine Assistant in Appleton, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Assistant - Sheeting to join their team. As a Machine Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Assistant - Sheeting

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $16 to $20

What's the Job?

  • Assist the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.

  • Open rolls and properly stage product for production dependent upon assigned line.

  • Wrap finished products and stage them to the designated area.

  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition while following safety regulations.

  • Assist the Operator with machine setup and general maintenance duties as required.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Knowledge of machine operation and setup.

  • Ability to complete required paperwork and understand internal job tickets.

  • Willingness to undergo a substance use screening and background check.
