Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, primarily working on commercial job sites. The role involves finishing jobs in retail spaces, as well as municipal work on reconstruction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform finish work such as trim, cabinets, molding, and hanging doors.

  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.

  • Complete tasks on commercial job sites including retail and municipal spaces.

  • Communicate with insurance claims, customers, and crews as needed.

  • Document work progress using phones/iPads and update relevant software.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of hands-on construction experience.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft products.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Leadership experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in carpentry, roofing, remodeling, siding, tile, masonry, and demolition.

  • Ability to work in various environments including office, warehouse, and field.
