DXC Technology Senior Analyst I, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement in ANY CITY, Georgia
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support the implementation of internal communication plans that align with GIS' strategic goals and initiatives.
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various internal communication channels, including email, intranet, newsletters and social media.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Manage and maintain the GIS communications calendar, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Support planning for internal events, such as town halls and employee meetings.
Ensure all internal communications adhere to DXC's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Capitalize on real-time opportunities for news-making, brand building, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage stories showcasing client wins, career development, culture, and people aspects across GIS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to create compelling content and manage multiple communication channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Pro, and familiarity with other communication tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the technology or IT services industry.
Knowledge of internal communication best practices and trends.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms, such as intranet software, email marketing tools, and social media.
Skills:

Work environment: Remote, US
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $63,600 - $118,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
