Location: Remote with travel to the client as needed. Willingness to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr Manager of Business Advisory and Development to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving the sales of ServiceNow solutions by leveraging consultative selling techniques. You will collaborate with senior leaders within Fortune 1000 clients to identify their business needs, map those needs to the right solutions, close new businesses, and develop long-term relationships to help clients maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive the adoption of ServiceNow solutions within assigned territories or industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover customer pain points and provide tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Work closely with ServiceNow pre-sales and technical teams to understand the technical capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and effectively present those to customers.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are addressed.
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of DXC and ServiceNow, emphasizing our ability to drive business transformation through automation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders within clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and driving opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of sales activity, client interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to effectively position solutions and meet client demands.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that support the sales process.
Requirements:
10+ years of solutioning selling experience, focusing on enterprise software or IT solutions.
Proven track record in consultative selling to C-levels, with a deep understanding of how to uncover client needs and tailor solutions.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and/or equivalent SaaS products and their application in business environments, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
Ability to work with technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, focusing on meeting sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow's full suite of solutions, including HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, and Customer Service Management.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and other industry best practices.
Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Degree a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
