Behavior Treatment & Analysis ABA Associate Clinical Supervisor in Antioch, California

Our Associate Clinical Supervisor provides high level supervision via the three-tier model and oversees the program and treatment goals for learners with Neurodivergent conditions. The Associate Clinical Supervisor also assists with direct coaching, training and supervision to a team of Behavior Specialists including the Clinical Coordinator and the Behavior Technician.

  • $68,000 - $72,000 with at least 1500 hours completed towards BCBA

  • $82,000 - $85,000 with an active BCBA certification

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

  • Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated clinical supervision

  • 1500+ hours completed toward BCBA clinical hours or BCBA Certification

  • Ability to analyze clinical information to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the different members of the team

  • Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff

  • Willing and committed to work with individuals of special needs

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion pertaining to the work environment

  • Frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy

  • Ability to provide in-person services and supervision throughout the Santa Clara County region

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides high level clinical support and training to an assigned team of Behavior Specialists

  • Administers functional behavioral assessments (FBA);

  • Develop individualized and update behavior support and intervention plans and data collection systems for learners.

  • Conducts recurring home or community visits based on the clinical needs and recommendations.

  • Provides caregiver training on the implementation of individualized Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans

  • Lead clinical meetings and be present during the BT's or learners first session to oversee the treatment planning process.

  • Train and supervise behavior technicians, caregivers, and other staff on the implementation of the BIP

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, families, and other stakeholders.

  • Attend monthly clinic meetings, bi-weekly and BCBA meetings

Conditions of Employment:

  • Must have a valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Proof of auto insurance

  • Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies

  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies

  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification

  • Must attend all BTA required training

  • Must have the following immunizations: Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
