Randstad Staffing is hiring for a Production Supervisor in Anoka, MN. We are searching for a well-spoken candidate, approachable person that is genuine. You will oversee roughly 20-30 direct reports within heavy manufacturing environment such as welders, machine operators, punch press etc.. Responsibilities

• Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology.

• Review and submit payroll hours on a weekly basis, entering exception hours as needed.

• Support new process and product development and implementation

• Directly lead production employees in assigned Value Stream, including training, directing, conducting performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance.

• Look after day-to-day production activities within the value stream(s) to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made.

• Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards .
