MAA is currently accepting applications for the position of Services Specialist within the Office of Procurement and Materials Management (OPAMM) at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall Airport). The Services Specialist is responsible for performing mail courier and mail room operations for OPAMM.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Reception duties, greeting customers in the OPAMM Suite.

  • Tracking all purchasing and Materials Management Services purchases.

  • Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail to MAA Offices and MAA tenant’s mailboxes.

  • Requisitioning and Stocking OPAMM Supply room.

  • Key operator for the OPAMM photocopiers, printers, and fax machine.

  • Receiving and recording bids.

  • Responsibility for data management, quarterly report procurement tracking, MCore, and Tableau input.

The Position is located at BWI Marshall Airport in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Qualifications

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.

Experience: Two years' experience in general services functions, office administration activities or in the receiving, storing, issuance, purchase or requisition of equipment, materials, and parts and supplies.

Note: Additional experience as stated above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
