Role Overview:

Reporting to the SVP, Americas Sales, you will lead our Majors Northeast Sales organization, taking an initial focus on examining then moving to our next generation sales strategy and organizational structure. Additionally, and in collaboration with Americas sales leaders, you will develop the organization into a high performing team focused on optimizing SaaS sales into our mid-market customer base. Most importantly, you and your leadership team will work together to foster a team-oriented environment that develops team members for their next level sales career role.

About the Role:

  • You will work with Field Sales and BU leaders to develop next generation sales strategies, goals and core metrics.

  • As the Majors Northeast sales leader, you will provide coaching, training, support and lead the professional development of your direct reports and your sales team to foster and ensure a positive, open, innovative, disruptive, and high performing culture focused on exceeding revenue projections while advancing partner and customer relationships at all levels.

  • Oversee weekly sales forecasting, activity levels and pipeline management of Majors Sales performance

  • With a focus on establishing long-term customer and partner relations, you will oversee the re-engineering of performance metrics, dashboards and process improvements.

  • To increase the organization's ability to cross-sell or up-sell every account, you and your leadership team will partner with Sales Ops and Product Marketing to develop easily consumable sales enablement content.

  • You will partner with Field Marketing and our Partner community to determine and deliver lead-generation marketing campaigns.

  • You will support your teams through operational discipline, mentorship, sales coaching and training, and measurable career development programs.

About You:

  • You will apply your 10+ years of sales leadership experience that includes developing and measuring sales strategies, people and team development and in creating sales mentorship, sales coaching and enablement training, and successful career development programs.

  • With a focus on generating high velocity sales, very much desired in your sales management background is you applying a creative approach to lead development, metrics management, organizational planning, sales process optimization, and sales incentive programs.

  • The experiences you've gained in leading sales teams of at least 25 members and generating revenue above $30M will have a true benefit to your success in this opportunity.

  • Your technology product sales background must include direct selling of SaaS (ACV recognition).

  • Your background operating in active M&A environments and Private Equity ownership models will be valuable to your success.

This position is paid (in part) on a commission basis. The Base Pay Range is $175,000 - $325,000. The On Target Earnings (OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission) is $350,000 – $650,000. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range and actual OTE within the OTE Range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
