Job Description

A Client of Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI Solutions Architect to sit fully onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. This candidate will be resolving complex issues in a variety of projects through implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support and project supervision. This person will be designing a roadmap for enterprise architecture (EA) in accordance with enterprise strategies and processes, while analyzing Intelligence Community (IC) client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support and applying advanced theories, principles, and concepts. They will also be contributing to the development of new principles and concepts. Leading the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Working with a wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. This candidate is also responsible for supervision and development of first-level supervisors or managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and modernization of software systems using cloud, DevSecOps, MLOps automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks.

Architect and develop enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with government evaluation criteria and statements of work.

Provide technical oversight and leadership to 13 cross-functional teams and 25 field support representatives.

Manage and lead CI/CD pipeline and full-stack development efforts.

Collaborate with government clients to translate their goals into technical solutions.

Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Lead the Engineering Management Team (EMT) and conduct technical reviews of deliverables.

Compensation:

$190,000 to $230,000 per year annual salary. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Cybersecurity

  10 YOE managing development of software systems

  5 YOE in software development and Large scale agile frameworks

Experience with offensive cyberspace operations OR Computer network operations - 5+ Years of experience with UNIX and LINUX, including basic commands and shell scripting

 - Experience implementing ITSM

 - TS/SCI with polygraph

Masters degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field null
