* Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration.*

Description:

• Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or external customers

• Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts

• Maintains and updates records and tracking databases

• Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns

• Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday, 11AM-7PM

• Monday-Friday, 12PM-8PM

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience (5 years of applicable experience can be substituted for the degree)

• Certification:IAT level 1 required within first 6 months of start date
