Responsibilities:
- citizenship verification of all personnel requesting access,
- provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the construction security office.
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for organization and filing of confidential and time sensitive material.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Requirements:
-Must have an Active Secret Clearance
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of verifying U.S. citizenship and identification documents
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
At least two (2) years of experience in administrative duties and access control
Report writing skills
Administrative writing skills
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
