Group/DivisionThe KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.  The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Owns and drives Capital Assets Relocation Service (CARS) Program Product Life Cycle (PLC). Indirectly manage Relocation Installation Engineers with the Primary objective to enrich the customer experience through high quality and efficient on-time relocations to meet their Production objectives. Manage cross functional Relocation PLC including sales, marketing, service ops, and product support teams. Coordinate with field teams on scheduling, ship kit readiness, health checks, decommissioning, site preparation at destination fabs, and re-installation and qualification of products. * * Schedule and deploying Installation engineers globally and coordinating assets across service. * Drives relocation escalations and involves collaborating with our Field teams and Service Operations. Assures operational quality of system equipment. Works directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new relocation performance and transfer tool responsibility. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering At least 3 years' experience leading a cross functional team or managing projects Ability to manage ambiguity Possess a strategic agility ability Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines

Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree and relevant experience Experience servicing or manufacturing semiconductor capital equipment. Language skills in English. Includes 15% travel.

Base Pay Range: $130,400.00 - $221,700.00 Annually
