Responsibilities*
Ability to work independently in an ever-changing and potentially stressful environment.
Process and compile patient paperwork for exams.
Work well with patients and clinicians in Radiology and the Pediatric Emergency department.
Assist Radiology staff with general and emergency pediatric imaging exams.
Demonstrate a professional attitude and conduct.
Answer incoming phone calls and triage to appropriate location.
Demonstrate ability to complete multiple tasks independently.
Identify and track reoccurring problems and participate in resolution.
Demonstrate dependability, initiative, ability to prioritize and ability to accept direction.
Ability to spell correctly and use proper grammar.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications*
High School diploma or equivalent.
3 years experience in customer service setting.
Desired Qualifications*
Familiar with medical terminology.
Computer skills.
