Responsibilities*

  • Ability to work independently in an ever-changing and potentially stressful environment.

  • Process and compile patient paperwork for exams.

  • Work well with patients and clinicians in Radiology and the Pediatric Emergency department.

  • Assist Radiology staff with general and emergency pediatric imaging exams.

  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and conduct.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and triage to appropriate location.

  • Demonstrate ability to complete multiple tasks independently.

  • Identify and track reoccurring problems and participate in resolution.

  • Demonstrate dependability, initiative, ability to prioritize and ability to accept direction.

  • Ability to spell correctly and use proper grammar.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Qualifications*

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 years experience in customer service setting.

Desired Qualifications*

  • Familiar with medical terminology.

  • Computer skills.

Background Screening
