Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at anticipating needs, understanding directives, and taking decisive action to produce results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to the CEO, CFO, and other executives, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all executive functions.
  • Handle complex calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while anticipating and resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare and analyze fiscal reports and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the executives' priorities, enabling proactive support and the ability to deliver results with minimal direction.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, board meeting materials, and other documents using advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Take charge of special projects and initiatives as directed by the executives, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech industry or a startup/venture capital environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
