1. Greeting and checking in/out customers.
2. Scheduling appointments for customers
3. Collecting deductible payments
4. Insuring proper insurance verification for billing and payment 
5. Assisting with invoicing for parts, work orders.

• 2+ yr front facing customer service required
• Administrative/Accounting experience in a collision setting preferred

• Must be okay working in the OA role learning the business until 08/2023*
