You Have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Property Management Software (RealPage OneSite, Yardi, or similar)
Minimum one year of verifiable experience in Property Management (Section 8 PBV or LIHTC experience preferred but not required)
Excellent communication skills
Strong email and telephone etiquette with professional in-person demeanor
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills
Prior administrative experience
Available and reliable Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Patience and positive attitude with senior and non-senior residents, co-workers, and vendors
Energetic, can-do attitude in a busy environment
Willingness to learn, train, and grow for promotion opportunities in the Metro Detroit area
