On With Life Up to $2,000 Hiring Bonus - Dietary Aide (Kitchen) - Brain Injury/Stroke/Neuro - PT Mornings or Afternoons in Ankeny, United States

There is great joy in watching someone do something for the first time after their injury, including enjoying their first snack or favorite meal. Healthy food is a critical part of the recovery process for our persons served, and you can be a large part of that journey, making memories with them along the way. We are a not-for-profit organization founded by survivors and their families, and each person served is a new member of that family. We are looking for extraordinary Dietary Aides like you to join us!

This part-time Dietary Aide position primarily works 8am-2pm or 2pm-7pm, approximately 15 hours per week, which includes hours on every other weekend. Holidays are on a rotating schedule; Dietary Aides work approximately 2 each year (with special holiday pay). We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.

We also offer a $2,000 Hiring Bonus, paid in increments through your first 18 months of employment.

What do Dietary Aides at On With Life do?

Dietary Aides assist the cooks with all aspects of our high quality, nutritious food service, including preparation, serving and cleanup in accordance with person-specific dietary restrictions and needs and facility, industry and regulatory safety standards for kitchens and dining spaces.
