Job Description
We seek a temporary, full-time Community Manager / Sales Associate to help expand our community and sales efforts in South America and Europe. The ideal candidate will be fluent in four languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and English, with proficiency in a fourth language (preferably French, Italian, or another major European or South American language). This role combines community management and sales functions, making it an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about engaging with diverse audiences and driving business growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
? Community Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand and engage the community in South America and Europe.
? Sales Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through community-driven sales efforts, engaging with leads and potential customers in multiple regions.
? Respond to customer inquiries, manage community issues, and provide consistent support in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, as well as your fourth language.
? Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, partners, and key community members in South America and Europe to support expansion goals.
? Create and manage content that resonates with local audiences, adapting strategies and messaging for different cultures and markets in South America and Europe.
? Track, analyze, and report on community growth and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve expansion goals.
? Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align community and sales strategies with company objectives.
? Assist with virtual events, webinars, and other promotional activities to grow the brand presence in both regions.
Required Qualifications
? Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and at least one additional language (preferably French, Italian, German, or Dutch).
? Previous experience in community management and/or sales (preferably in international or multicultural markets).
