Adecco is partnering with our manufacturing client (non-automotive) located in Steuben County to fill an Engineering and Quality Manager position. This role will oversee both engineering and quality. This is a growing organization, debt free, and benefits start day 1!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development, manufacturing, and quality

• Oversee projects and product launches

• Lead key strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing product launch is required

• 5+ yeas of leadership experience is required

• Experience with ISO 13485 is required

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
