Field Administrative Assistant (Seasonal) - HCC

JOB SUMMARY

The Field Administrative Assistant is pivotal in providing essential administrative support to our field operations, ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The Field Administrative Assistant will contribute to the success of HCC's endeavors by maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, performing a wide variety of administrative tasks, providing travel and billeting support for field workforce, provide clerical-work relief to officials, and manage administrative processes effectively. This position is fast paced and at times can be overwhelming, therefore a successful candidate must have the ability to work under pressure as well as two (2) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a construction-office or North Slope-office environment.

This is a temporary, seasonal position eligible to enroll in Company benefits. This position is expected to start on or around January 2025, and to be complete on or around May 2025. Actual duration may depend on project operational needs and client schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Support Office Manager with administrative functions of remote office.

Assist with Timekeeping and Project Cost Analysis.

Provide Travel and Billeting and other administrative support.

Support daily and weekly project reporting.

Perform Data entry, compose, and type routine correspondence.

Assist Safety Department with computer training access for new hires.
