Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a Sous Chef for the cast member dining backstage at Disneyland in Los Angles , California. The Sous Chef will support all culinary operations at Disney Land Eat Ticket Café responsibilities including hands on cooking and food ordering, and overseeing the food safety program with a focus on excellent customer experience

The successful candidate will:

• work hands-on with the team to meet and exceed business needs

• supervise, develop, and mentor staff

• assist with procurement and purchasing

• help create interpersonal relationships with clients and customers

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• communication skills

• cooking experience

• successful customer service skills

• a valid driver’s license is required for this position

• flexibility in scheduling: shift will include weekdays, nights, and weekends
