Job Title: Program Finance Intern
Job Location: Anaheim, CA
Job Description:
Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)
Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts
Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
Support cash application process through research and reconciliations
Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions
Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
Expereince with customer/management reporting
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $20.50 per hour - $41.00 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
