Control Air Conditioning Corporation Marketing Design Coordinator in Anaheim, California

Control Air Enterprises is a leading construction company, based out of Anaheim, dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality projects. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and managing our marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, designing marketing materials, managing social media channels, developing promotional content, and supporting our overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and more.

  • Brand Development: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and reflect our company’s values and mission.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services and projects.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content that drives interaction and engagement.

  • Content Creation: Develop and edit content for marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases, and newsletters.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to improve our marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with project management teams to support their marketing needs and align efforts with business objectives.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficiency of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier) and other design collaboration and prototyping tools.

  • Experience with video capture/editing technologies and video social platforms (e.g., After Effects, YouTube, Vimeo).

  • Demonstrated analytical and data-driven mindset for extracting insights from metrics.

  • Systemic and graphic design, interactivity, layout, typography, color theory, and illustration.

  • Project management, problem-solving and organizational skills, able to effectively manage numerous priorities, deadlines and necessary resources simultaneously and in a timely manner.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to produce quality copy on tight schedules.

  • Knowledge of applicable journalism and communications practices and standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in diverse, cross-functional teams and collaborate strategically across departments.

  • Knowledge in digital and print media.

  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field. (Not required)

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate graphic design/marketing.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as. part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with construction industry is a plus.
