Responsibilities

Install and repair new or modified equipment at customer sites to ensure full functionality, meeting specifications in a timely manner. Provide on-site technical support to troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly, and act as a communication link between customers and to ensure effective service.

Conduct customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Provide contact information for the service team for future support and ensure customers are confident with equipment operation and safety.

Complete service documentation on repairs, related expenses, and time spent during service calls. Submit accurate reports within a week of site departure. Weekly expense reports and timesheets are submitted on time and in a cost-effective manner.

Communicate daily with the director for job updates and assignments. Maintain high standards in equipment work quality and quantity with minimal supervision. Respond to communications promptly and efficiently.

Make travel arrangements within company guidelines, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and time efficiency. Inform the service team and customers of arrival times and manage travel needs, including hotel, car rental, and flights.

The essential functions of this role include:
