Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking to hire an organized, timely, and respectful Design Engineer with our Controls Team at our Anaheim office!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Sales:

o Strong verbal communication and writing skills

o Mechanical Engineering degree. Emphasis in control systems would be desired

o Understanding of Heating, Ventilations and Air Conditioning HVAC) is highly desired

o Self-motivated and driven to learn

o Review a set of Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and architectural plans

o Communicate with trades and vendors

o Compose scope of work

o Manage bid pricing from vendors

o Strong problem solving skills and creative in providing solutions

o Willing to walk visit sites and meet with customers and vendors

• Design:

  o Complete applications design engineering of controls projects in order to meet contractual requirements

  o Engineering phase includes: project turnover meeting, conducting site surveys, submittal package design & development, selection of proper controllers & equipment, material ordering, and generation of complete sequences of operation

  o Maintain applications engineering “library” in order to improve engineering efficiency

  o Maintain engineering areas in a neat & orderly condition

  o Maintain the applications engineering data (located on the server) in a logical & orderly manner

  o Attend project management meetings when required

  o Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company
