CNC Machinist/Operator

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Lathe or Mill CNC Setup/Operators for 1st (6am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) at our aerospace company in Anaheim, CA. This role offers 10-15 hours of overtime every week. While training will be provided, candidates should have trade school education or 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate Multi Axis CNC Lathes.

  • Work with the management team to plan production and scheduling.

  • Operate Eurotec CNC Machines and lead/work with the team in the Eurotec section of the facility.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Lathe and Mill CNC Setup and Operation.

  • Ability to read blueprints.

  • Proficiency in using calipers.

  • Experience with CNC machines such as Haas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • NTMA training preferred.

  • Strong inspection skills.

  • Experience with production processes in aerospace manufacturing.

Work Environment

You will be working in a very clean aerospace manufacturing environment. The working hours for the 1st shift are from 5am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime daily and on Saturdays. The 2nd shift hours are from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime daily and on Saturdays. You may need to train on the 1st shift before moving to the 2nd shift (6am-3:30pm).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
